The two buildings below are located at 50-60 Longwood Ave, Brookline, MA. Each is an 11 story residential occupied tower. The buildings where in need of a major mechanical re-fit requiring the following work:

 

· Remove and replace of risers throughout the building (risers provide heating and cooling to individual units throughout the building)

· Remove and replace of all main supply and return pipes on 1^st and 10^th floors (pipes ranged from 6 inch to 2 inch and served both towers)

· Provide all mechanical heating and cooling ductwork for new lobby renovation

· Provide all new plumbing waste and water piping serving new lobby renovation

· Provide all new ventilation ductwork in order to complete project as needed
